For Coronavirus Precautions following CDC guidelines: For safety health precautions for our Customers, Visitors and Employees of HMA Water effective until further notice: Doors will be locked for walk-ins, but customer service representatives will remain available by phone during regular business hours Monday - Friday from 7am to 3:30pm. Payments may be placed in the secure drop box located in the front door. If you like a receipt of the payment please write on the bill and a receipt will be sent to you. If water bill is paid by cash the entire cash payment will be applied to the customer’s account. Any overage of payments will be applied as credit on the customer’s account. Payments can still also be mailed to the Houtzdale Municipal Authority.
We apologize for this inconvenience; we feel this is in the best interest for the health of everyone during this Coronavirus - Declared National Emergency. Also, the Houtzdale Municipal Authority will temporarily suspend all non-emergency service calls until further notice.
